Spring Valley Nevada

Spring Valley Nevada is an unincorporated community and census-designated land unit in Clark County, Nevada, America, located 2 miles east of the Las Vegas strip. The population is currently 178,395 in the 2020 Census. It is situated on a farm on the southwest slope of the Sierra Madre Mountains. It is known for its golf courses, and the surrounding communities are home to other attractions. The population has been steadily growing over the years, and it is expected to reach more than one million by the year 2020. Spring Valley was created in May 1981.

Spring Valley has its own airport, and it is served by many major highways. A number of highways connect to Las Vegas is a nearby commuting area for people who live in Spring Valley. The largest percentage of residents of Spring Valley Nevada reside outside of the valley and they include people from Los Angeles, Orange County, and Arizona. Spring Valley also contains large numbers of retirees. The population is predominantly Caucasian. Approximately 60% of Spring Valley Nevada residents have a bachelor’s degree or higher.

Spring Valley Nevada was incorporated in 1981 by the State of Nevada. Spring Valley is a predominantly white community. There are a number of subdivisions and neighborhoods in the area. Spring Valley offers a wide variety of home styles, as well as different types of home prices. In the coming years, it is likely that the real estate values will increase due to the growth of its population, as well as the increasing number of people that choose to live in this area.
